FocusMod provides AI-assisted study, writing, note-taking, practice, and document workflows for students.

You are responsible for the material you upload and for making sure your use complies with your school rules, copyright obligations, and applicable law.

FocusMod is intended to support learning. You are responsible for using outputs appropriately and for following your institution's academic integrity policies.

AI outputs may contain mistakes. You should review, verify, and edit generated material before relying on it.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices, billing periods, and discounts are shown during checkout before payment.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage supported billing actions through the Stripe customer portal when available.

You may not use FocusMod to violate laws, infringe others' rights, bypass security controls, generate harmful content, or interfere with the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being used abusively or unlawfully.

FocusMod is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
