Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how FocusMod handles subscription cancellation and refund requests.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription through the billing portal when a Stripe customer account is linked to your FocusMod account.

When cancellation is set for the end of the billing period, paid access remains available until the current period ends.

Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support with the email address used for your FocusMod account and the charge date.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank processing times may vary.

Non-refundable cases

We may decline refunds for substantial usage, repeated refund requests, abuse, or requests made long after the billing period started.

This policy does not limit mandatory refund rights that may apply under local consumer protection laws.
